Intro call
A 15-minute call to go through what your business needs. No sales pitch. If my way of working doesn't fit you, I'll say so directly.

Fixed-price quote
You get a written quote stating what I'll do and what it costs. The price doesn't change along the way unless you decide to add something. Payment in two instalments: 50% when you accept the quote, 50% when the site goes live. No monthly fee, no commitment.

You provide the content
The text and photos about your business. If the text isn't ready, I write it for an agreed extra fee. This is usually the step that determines the timeline.

I build the site
I build the site on the agreed schedule. Once it's ready, you review it and get one round of revisions included in the price.

Launch
The site goes live, your Google Business Profile gets set up, and you get instructions for what comes next. Timeline depends on the package, counted from when the content is ready: single-page site 3–5 business days, basic package typically 2–3 weeks, growth package timeline agreed as part of the quote.

Included in the price
a finished, published website, mobile version, contact form, basic SEO, Google Analytics and one round of revisions. I also advise on choosing a domain and hosting.
Not automatically included
writing copy from scratch, logo or brand design, photography, and ongoing maintenance after launch. These can be agreed separately: I quote the price upfront, so you won't find them as a surprise on an invoice.

Do I own the website? +
Yes. The site and its content are yours. No monthly site-builder subscription you can't leave, and no lock-in that forces you to stay a customer. If you ever want to switch to someone else, you take everything with you.
Do I have to write the text myself? +
You can provide finished text, which keeps the price at the lower end. If the text isn't ready, I write it based on an interview, for an agreed extra fee. Either way works.
What if I want changes later? +
Full maintenance includes 2h/mo of small content changes. Anything beyond that, and any content changes under technical maintenance, are billed separately at €30/h, also available without a maintenance plan. Bigger changes, like new pages or features, are agreed separately and you get a price upfront.
Does the site work on mobile? +
Yes, every site is built to work equally well on mobile and desktop. A large share of your customers browse on mobile, so it's not an add-on, it's the starting point.
How long does it take to build the site? +
A single-page site takes 3–5 business days, the basic package typically 2–3 weeks, both once the content is in. The growth package timeline is agreed as part of the quote. If the text isn't ready, you can order it from me separately, so the schedule doesn't get stuck waiting on content.
Will the site show up on Google? +
SEO basics are set up properly on every site, and a Google Business Profile helps with local visibility. No honest provider can promise top rankings on Google; visibility builds up over time.
